It's like astrophysics. . . we can interpolate given some formulas.

We know it's not a WSB post, so we know it's not COMPLETE FAIL.

We know it's from a n00b, so it sucks.

We know that this post was about bacon, so it sucked less.

bacon + n00b post = ~sucks less

True, I agree with the principles, but it is just a boolean argument. Sure, some space can exists between the overlap of those two ideas, but I'm an empiricist.
