Correction...I work (present tense) making cheese. It is a 24/7 job since the cows dont take a vacation.

Mont Jack, Cheddar (white, colored, sharp and mild), Mozz, Meunster, Parmasan, Swiss, Queso Quesadilla, Queso Asadero, Colby/Jack and a few others are what I make. It's Gouda
