and yeah, if Starbucks is that good, why did they buy controlling interest in Peet's?

 

Now Peet's is good coffee! I have been secretly hoping that Tully's would merge with them...sorry to see the evil empire swallow them up. Hope they keep them as a botique brand.

 

Peet's has/had a loyal enough of a following in the Bay Area that I doubt Starbucks is going to close the shops.

I like a good cup of coffee. . . but it's just not cold enough down here to usually justify it. Crankland, I mean, Parkland in January though. . .

I like hot coffee on a warm day...cools me off...

 

Bah!!! If I need to cool off, then it's probably water time. But water ain't coffee.

Speaking of which, it's time to go work out.

 

If I need to hydrate, I'll take water. If I need to cool off, coffe does the trick.
