Thank you for your prompt reply. Unfortunately, due to an act of god, I did not receive the "Corner for a Better Community" newsletter. Correct me if I'm wrong, but in order to file for an expedited review of my permit application, I will also need to file form 544-08, 545-07, and 542-06, (see chart of schedule filings). Will I also be required to issue another check to "Mr. Cash"...The bank just called, and there seems to be a slight problem with my account.
