The original spec for the garage called for one and a half floors...three bays...one with a lift directly next to the workshop (SHOPGUYS).....then there was a stair and a kinda lofted area above that had a pool table (love pool) and kind of a wet bar so you wouldn't have to keep going into the house for something to drink....To keep the height of the garage down the second floor uses dormers overframed on the roof.

I'll have to send the sketches to someone so that they can post it for me here or something....i'd love to get gearhead input...lol....
