It's up to a 'price is right' type wheel, that contains robot names. Fry spins it, and it lands on Robot Devil.
Robot Devil - "Robot Devil!?!?!?!? Unbelievable. I put my name on that wheel as a gesture of good faith, and this is how I'm repaid."

.. that was a great episode... but the robot devil got his hands back at the end if i remember correctly..
