i think it's more valued as in what type of franchise it is and the expected value and annual gross is what determines how much the franchise will be...

True, the hot dog stand runs itself... rats smell the hot dogs and come, you catch and cook the rats to make more...

also.. if you read though the 7-11 one.. it also states depending on location... if they have to buy the land or rent it or whatever is needed contributes to the price...
