nite CI......

thanks alex, I need some track time, I had to drive on reactions alone a couple weeks ago....suffice it to say, I live in socal and people are insane..... I typically have to think real hard to get the stick into first at speed (20+mph).... but somehow I did that and many other things, all automatically while some guy was going insane on the road. I needed power to manuver....... I did okay, but looking back I could've been sharper..... I need more zen

actually, we kart at full-size tracks, TWS is the bigger of them. and the cone'd tracks also double for full-size auto-x's. but ya, as long as there aren't any 500ft+ straights, i'll have you beat. i top out at about 115mph

but seriously, if you're gonna mod your S for NA, i'd hit up TODA with their quad throttle body setup.

yeah, I've been looking at the b-series throttle setup, that would be nice.... looks like Toda cams and head porting will be good for 30-50 hp..... I will know soon exactly how much. I have to buy a computer soon, becuase mine is running a little rich (according to the dyno), and I think I've felt a couple hiccups at low rpm - possibly fouled plugs. I hope to pull them tomorrow and check em out.

i once drove a TODA'd NA GSR (flywheel, complete valvetrain, lightweight forged internals, knife-edged crank, etc.) - the damn thing gave you whiplash when you blipped the throttle in the lower gears. freakin' A was the throttle response vicious!

just curious, what'd you dyno at? and what year S? miles?

'03 3200 222-224 rwp on a dynapack. That's right about 212 + on a dynojet.

I have 16" ce28's on the way (11 lbs) and I plan to use either the exedy clutch/flywheel or the toda flywheel with some clutch I haven't decided on yet......

that's not bad, especially for an '01 bone stock. Mine has mufflers and AEM CAI so subtract about 10 hp.
