I didn't think the C5 would be your flavour alex, but that is cool if you're into it. I think it's the best vette in 30 years, and one of the better hot rods out there right now, especially for the money!!!

I say 600 rwhp all motor, then fog it!!!!!

definately c5 then. You'll still need to tub it. You'd need every MM of tire patch with that kind of grunt in the corners or it's spin city!!!

torque is nice, but my driving style suits torque-less cars. whenever i pop into dad's 600whp 300zx, i can't drive it fast.

i like steer with the throttle, but when half the time i'm looking forward out the side windows... that's too sideways for me

and a big brake kit, although the c5 brakes are very capable. I'm impressed with how well rounded this car is, it goes fast, it turns, it brakes, it only weighs 3200...... GM did a good job, now if they can just keep up the work....

I know what you mean, the S in WAY sensitive to throttle input. But I gotta say with my kg/mm springs, the throttle steer is TONS more controllable and useful, instead of the on/off it had before I get so much more variation now.... I love it!!!!!!!
