Alot of doctors are vegetarians.
1. They try to live the healthy live style they preach
2. They stop eating meat during gross anatomy labs. Human flesh looks a little too close to beef for my like during that time period.

There is one on Lantau in Hong Kong that is supposed to have great vegetarian food ....
