It was a while ago, when I tried to start the "Casual HAW thread" back when the regular HAW thread was being whored. I didn't really care, but from listening to enough complaints from Mark, Mark, Skip, Chris, Chris, Tep, and a bunch of other folks I decided to create a thread and ask that it not be whored.

It got locked, with the typical "seriously." comments. I tried to make my argument for why the thread should exist, and I made a comment about how the definition of "whiner" seemed to be anyone who disagreed with Peter.

So he got really pissed off... and by the end of it, I talked to Chad and he said I could start another, but I was just done by that point.

Of course, a short time later the OG thread was started. It was exactly what I was trying to do. Except I now couldn't post in it because of the rule.
