technically no, i don't have to remove any, but part of the lip has double back tape that sticks to the bottom center of your bumper. for me, that's covered in clear bra. i don't think sticking it to the clear bra would work (not the same adhesion)

i dunno, i'd have to see someone's OEM lip on an AP2, and see where it connects to be certain. if it doesn't interfere, i can order it, and ship it to the clear bra guy, get it coated, and install meself.
