I think "Let's hit the bar" would still mean "Oi, geezer, fancy a swift half down the rubba"
You are only allowed to "fancy" girls, no "fancy"ing of blokes please

I have a friend that talks in rhyming slang all the time, one of my other friends has recently admitted that for about the last 7 years he has hardly understood a word that my other friend has said !!!
