Do we book our own rooms or does someone reserve a block for us?

Flights...book them whenever you want. Depends on the price and flexibility you need in your life. I'll get around to it around May or so.

As for hotel, last we checked there are no discounts for less than something like 50 rooms, so we booked individually last time once we decided on a hotel. If someone wants to research getting a block of rooms that'd be cool, too. I'm just not that highly motivated...I'm just an organizer...
