ummm....I dont wanna go to Vegas...and from what I heard...neither do alot of people.....furthermore, the one closest to the UK people is brant and hes not even gonna go definitely.....I have nothing against the UK people, but I dont know them from a hole in the wall....and if Im gonna spend hundreds of dollars on a weekend, I want to be 100% comfortable where I am going....plus I dont wanna go where everyone has already been......whats the fun in that? it will be a replay.....

Alternatives?

If there's a group deadset against Vegas (which there is), then plan another Con. There's a good east coast contingent, plan an Atlantic City weekend in July or something; or wherever. Those that can make it will, those that can't won't. There's no rule in CornerDom that states there can be only one Con...

I said in Wicky's town meeting - I'm open to anything. The list of places I haven't been and would like to go to is much longer than the list of places I've already been. I'd be open to Vegas or Houston or Phoenix or LA or wherever. Mexico is, IMO, out because it's not really conducive to weekenders like myself.
