We USED to love Baseball as a rule Les.....but I think the general public is fed up with the overpriced prima donna attitude of all sports but baseball insidiousness seems worse.

Yeah that and we seem to like building new bazillion dollar playground/palaces ballparks for these prima donnas!

We have 2 brand spanking new stadiums being built simultaneously in Philadelphia......and yet our schools are crumbling ans kids have NO textbooks or outdated ones

 

here they just build a 400 million dollar stadium (was supposed to be 170) on the taxpayers dime (they raised sales tax by .1% in the 5 county area)

all this was done on the "if you build it they will come" mentality... know two years later there is no attendance the Brewers STILL suck and there is almost no hope.


A rod is getting paid more than our whole teams payroll
