I really don't care. It will have to be a weekend destination in order for me to attend, even getting friday off may be a challenge. That eliminates Mexico, in my mind. If we are set on the date, I'd like to go somewhere warm(er) and preferably somewhere we have a 
on the ground - LA, portland, seattle, vegas, houston, etc. I didn't get to attend Vegas last year (and have never been there), so I don't have any problems going there.
