Depends on how you define moderation, I suppose. I prefer to step back and look at it from a higher level and realize that no matter how blotto I get it will still TECHNICALLY be moderation over the entire course of a year...

Just because I haven't had a drink in a year, people seem to forget that I have a history of being close friends with beverages of the alcoholic variety. The rough (and unknown) part is how I will acclimatize to the sudden and complete saturation of my bloodstream with said beverage...
