My supervisor sits three or four cubicles behind me, and has to walk pass my cubicle to get in and out of the office. 
He's leaving the company though (along with many, many other very knowledgable senior technical people...

He's cool though, I don't think he'd give me a hard time even if he saw me on slashdot all day along, as long as stuff is getting done.
Jeff, why don't you get a mirror to put on your monitor or something? That's what one of my former co-worker did.
Another co-worker took a screen shot of the application he was developing, and made it his desktop wallpaper so that it looked like he was working all the time.
