Sometimes I'll also change stuff on their screen saver by editing the registry in Windows over the network. The beauty is that they don't know anything has happened until the next time it pops up. Plus I could do it from my desk so no one suspects me...

I've done the same stuff with sounds too. Everytime this guy logged on it shouted "Hey Everybody, I'm watching porno over here!"

Yes...I'm one of those evil network admins. MMMMWWWAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

My future brother in-law-in-law sent me an attachment once that when I opened it, it shouted "I'm Gay!" over and over again, while blocking out the screen so you hadf to ctrl+alt+delete to get it to stop.

Years ago someone once changed my screen saver, I only realised when it flicked on and people were round my desk.
