Yes..unfortunately the Comanche is dead. They are integrating a lot of the technology into current platforms like the Apache (hence the longbow). The longbow is even fly by wire like the Comanche which I didn't know until just the other day. There is a new helo in the works...but not a whole new machine like the Comanche. The Kiowa is slated to be replaced by a new airframe. They are saying they will announce the replacement in June.

I'm having a blast, but I'm not blowing shit up.....yet. I'm still in the trainer. I fly a Bell Jet Ranger 206. Way underpowered POS, but it's a turbine engine so that part is cool. We start with the bigger toys in a few months. GET SOME!
