This is stuff that is real though not *really* serious to the car unless the light is blinking. I mean the "picture of the engine with the work 'Check'" light not the "Maintenance Req'd" light. The latter is supposed to blink and then stay on every 7,500 miles.

The former (Check Engine) light sometimes comes on when your gas cap is loose (see manual) or sometimes for no damn reason at all. If the latter case there is a way to reset the ECU. If you do this and the light stays off, no prob but if there is a real problem it will come back on pretty much right away.

IF THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS FLASHING... Pull over and call a tow truck... so says the manual.

Oink oink.

I'm seeing red... My brain's check light is blinking. Arrrgh. I really hate this Molson Canadian ad that just interrupted the Simpsons...

Ahh, much better, Goldmember is advertising. I feel better. CEL/MIL is off

I miss Molson Cdn ads. I liked them in general.

There is something seriously off-putting about this new ad. Not sure what it is.

Nah, just caught it on TV last night (while whoring of course!). Next time it comes on, I'll post and let you know why, exactly, it got my blood pressure up. I think it was just one of those annoying, fragmented things... Can't remember; I've blocked it!
