well, that's true, but that doesn't mean i can't do it. i think all this certification and licensing is just dumb. for example, i know mechanics that are ASE master certified for brakes, A/C, etc. yet they do NOT follow regulations, or even know what they're doing. i, on the other hand, do, but cannot legally work because i don't have a ing stupid piece of paper.

it's all dumb if you ask me.
