Had 3 offers on Monday, we countered in the highest one, they accepted. Had house inspection yesterday closing should around 7/21, depending on permits/inspection on the new roof that will be put on. That’s part of the counter offer , we just don’t know how long that process will take - buyer understands.

this one goes thru!
Had 6 offers last weekend, house is off market. Buyer offered 10k over asking price. They wanted to close July 15, and wanted a 5 day time frame for inspection. They saw that there are new roofing shingles on the roof, Mom countered with a 15 day inspection and a closing date at the end of July, buyer accepted. Good news is that there isn’t any contingencies regarding the sale of their house as it will be a cash purchase.
They were very understanding about the extended home inspection period because they know weather delays and the time to take the city of Winter Springs i
to inspect the roof and potential issues that the City might have.
Buyer backed out Sunday night, realtor contacted 3 of the people who submitted offers. One responded early Monday morning, accepted the counteroffer. Had their house inspector come in Monday afternoon, all is good. Roof is done, soffits and fascia will be done today.
