Maybe I'm missing something here but I am separated and I moved out... My husband is living in our house now.... We haven't lost it. Is it b/c neither of you can afford it on your own

Ah ok now IC... I'm not even legally separated yet. He always paid the mortgage I got off easy and only paid the utilities and some other things so he is fine on his own... DIdn't need to get an attorney b/c he's giving me what I want... funny enough and I'm the one who left
