I was supposed to have my driver's license three tweeks ago, but due to DMV incompetence I still do not have it. So I am going to start a betting pool. Send $1 to me via paypal at josh@3io.com along with the date that you guesss I will have my license. I will keep an update of the total amount in the pool in this thread, along with the guesses. I will call the DMV at 11am each day until they say the sr-22 form has been processed and I can walk in and get my license. That day will be considered the winning date. Winnings will be split evenly between whomever guesses the correct day. Due to my will being destroyed and the soul sucked out of my body by force, I will not be placing any bets, but I will seed the pool with $10.

I recieve no proceeds from the bets, in fact I'm taking a loss on this because of paypal fees. I just think it'd be fun to have ppl bet on when I get to drive again, because I honestly have no idea and it's depressing. Winners split the entire amount listed below, regardless of anything paypal takes out of my pocket.

If noone guesses the date exactly, 60% of the pool will go to the person or persons closest to the date.
