Crap! It's there. I could have sworn it was there. ( ?)

I looked but must have missed it. Only thing I can think of is I'm stupid. Any other ideas?

oh yeah, just found it, oh dear Lord above how I've wanted that....
You probably found it under "History"? This is how I was doing it. I just found another way.

This one is good for when you close and go "Oh Feck! I meant to keep that open. Just right click on the tab bar and a choice is "Undo closed tab" which opens the last tab.
