PS those kids were having a ball as much as possible... the team capt kept crackin da whip on um I told her to let them play a lil when they finish it was daing hot out!

Dontcha know that gas was $1.40ish in 2001, and by 2006 it was $2.90ish.

$1.50 more in 5yrs. Call it $.30/year.

Yep.

The Democrats took over Congress. Gas went from $2.90 to $4.20ish a gallon. That's $.60 per year (over double the yearly increase since the Republicans were in the majority.)

I'm really looking forward to yearly $1.20 increases/gallon of gas once Obama takes over.
