DONTCHA know I was in Cali at the Hotels gym when I posted dat and there I just use the nice sounding system they have in there Usually noone der when I go so I can crank it

At home I do use my i-pod but I use it in conjuction with the Bose Dock again soundz purdy good loud and I no likie havin sumthin on my head that will fall off when I git goin fast hard enough to keep me from fallin off < long story nevamind sweetie

 

DONTCHA hate it when you want to use a nautilus machine and some moron is sitting on it chatting with some other idiot and not actually using it? I usually have to stand right next to them rocking from one leg to the other to get their attention and smile like, "do reps NOW or get the f*** off you stupid a$$!"
