but in order to be recognized as an expert, don't those doing the recognizing ALSO have to..... you know...... have experience, so they know the expert is actually an expert?

so........ let me get this straight..... in order to convict...... the defendant has to be a user, the expert witness DEFINITELY has to be a user..... and everyone else involved has to be users also......

The expert witness has to be an EX user ..... as does everyone else from his organisation ...... YES ......

Since the President is, allegedly, an EX coke user, why do you have issues with this system ??
