We apparently had a 4.6 last night around 4 this morning. My first earthquake, yay! Woke up to the bed moving a bit and promptly went back to sleep. My earthquake preparedness may need some updating.

We had a similar one right before I left the Gwaii but slept through it. My coworker said it woke her up, but since her lamp didn't fall off her night stand she decided to go back to sleep.

I'm underprepared. On the other hand, my parents bought us a thunderbucket port-a-loo, so when doomsday happens, I got a place to do my business.

My mom was unaware of the earthquake in Monroe. When I called to check in with her was the first time that she heard of it.
