The former best friend and business partner of Barry Bonds has told federal investigators that Bonds was a heavy steroids user and flew into "roid rages," his lawyer, Michael Cardoza, said Wednesday. The man, Steve K. Hoskins, also says Bonds gave him thousands of dollars to pass on to two of Bonds' girlfriends, Cardoza said in telephone interviews. -- New York Times
This could be the final three months of the Barry Bonds era. Or Bonds could sign on again for one more run at Hank Aaron. The Giants must determine whether to stay married to Bonds and all his baggage for a chance to market a run at Aaron, or whether finally to move on.
