oh it's definitely fockin sick.....for one i can't believe the guy is not yelling as they are pulling these friggin maggots out of his back as well as his friends are not puking either

from the looks of it they are some hippie "outdoorsy" types that are i guess "immune" to the pain or itching from bug bites
