Big scope: tossup between Orion Nebula and Globular Cluster in Hercules.
Small scope: Total/Annular Solar Eclipses in Montana, Cabo San Lucas, Catalina Island, Aruba, Munich, and Puerto Vallarta.

i think the bestest ive ever seen the night sky was when me and a buncha friends did a drunken track walk on Buttonwillow Raceway...saw so many shooting stars..pretty...

I saw it just now through my small scope. It's spectacular! It's almost as big as the moon.
