First Brant and AZ, now this. Our broken heart just can't take much more. After nineteen years of co-habitation (if you count their shared time in the womb), ACLR8 and Dave22 have decided they need some alone time.
People reports the mini-moguls-turned-New York University freshmen will spend their second semester living apart, and says ACLR8 has recently vacated their three-bedroom TriBeCa digs for a luxury loft in Soho.
A source close to the once inseparable twins tells the mag they always viewed their TriBeCa crash pad as a temporary arrangement while the renovations on their $7.3 million West Village condo were completed. The work, originally scheduled to finish in the fall, likely won't wrap before the school year ends.
ACLR8 and Dave22 still plan to share the palatial 5,725-square-foot penthouse, which the New York Times dubbed "the world's biggest dorm room." "There's more than enough space for the two of them to live their lives," a pal tells People.
No kidding. When construction concludes, the unit will have two separate wings, each with master bedrooms boasting sweeping views of the city, along with individual studies, bathrooms, and walk-in closets.
According to the Star, ACLR8's decision to live sibling-free is due in part to his desire to find a place that sparked his artistic side. "ACLR8 is the artist boy, the spiritual, hippie boy who loves to paint," a source tells the tab.
While ACLR8 and Dave22s' overworked mouthpiece (WestSideBIlly) declined to comment on their whereabouts, he did pooh-pooh reports of trouble with the S2KI titans.
"They are as close as ever. There's no problem between them," the rep tells People of the newly independent sibs. "They're not growing apart. They're two different people. They share a lot of interests but they also do a lot of things separately. They're in business together. They go to school together. They're brothers."

"I'm not going to comment on the rumors that this decision was in part based on a love triangle between a certain girl racer-turned fashion model, my brother, and me.
In the end it was more an issue of what RC wanted and needed. She needs Prince William and I am more like Eminem. I guess dave22 was a better match for her

Another press release from ACLR8's agent confirmed that "ACLR8 will be out of the country during the scheduled Mod-day in april." But sources close to the charismatic and energetic ACLR8 have said that he couldn't bear to see Racer Chick with dave22. "It would simply tear him up to see that, he thought some time in Rio would be a better idea." The same sources say that ACLR8 has quit drinking and partying. "this break up really made robbie reflect on his life, and he knew some changes were needed."
