prolly true but
I do not care for the color of my house butt its the Spanish Elevation so thats why I'm sure builders have it all planned out and you can't pick the color but you can choose that plan where it will BE the color you prefer. Ours was chosen for the LOT so we'd have a big yard. give n take I guess in the burbs

White houses sell fastest, with yellow houses being a close second. Brown or beige houses are the least likely to sell quickly. Light and bright sells!
