CRAP

Ted is a college dropout who was expelled from Brown University for having a girl in his dorm room. Fortunately, Ted moved on from his less than private dorm room to become the largest private landowner in America. Anoter happy ending!

Crap. My guess is days like Fridays of holiday weekends when people typically drink a lot and there's a lot more traffic on the roads. Assuming the calendar is American, I'd say dates around the May and July long weekends.
