Not gonna argue this one, actually. I had in my head gun homicides (which is around 12k) vs cars (high 30s/low 40s as recently has a decade ago), rather than total gun deaths (WAY too many suicides there... something like 19-20k, plus accidents).

And thanks to smart engineer types, car deaths are way down.

Now if we could just get idiots to put on their f'ing seat belts and pay attention.

Gonna go with fact as well for the same basic reason as Sir CP...other than I'd suggest that the girls aren't dumb, but rather are searching for a connection they probably didn't have with their bio families.
