I refuse to answer this because no matter what they write, it's worse than crap. It's something some drunk stoner wrote on a website once, without citing any actual law or regulation, because his drunk buddy got a ticket from a local cop citing him for something but he could only recall it involved an appliance and being passed out, and then all these garbage dumblaws.com type websites copy it, and then some dumbass reporter at a local station desperate for clicks writes a story "OMG YOU WON'T BELIEVE THESE 10 RIDICULOUS LAWS!" that solely exist to make people think government is evil, and then stupidlaws.com cites that article, and the vicious circle continues forever without ever once citing an actual law.

I'm guessing this will either be another one of their made up facts, or it'll be crap and it's actually "illegal" to sleep outside on stove or inside on a dishwasher or some minor detail, but still no actual citation exists and they're just sourcing this from a drunk stoner's website.
