It wasn't Daniel Boone, it was Davy Crocket who fought and died at the Alamo in 1836. Daniel died peacefully at home in Missouri in 1820 at the age of 85.

Jamie's case was dismissed after prosecutors admitted that stealing free newspapers, even for resale, was not a crime.
Jamie got away scot-free, but it's a crime now! <
