Actually Yogi, the design I'd have chosen your be that you enter how many years delta there are between you and GMT. You do this once in your profile. Similarly you enter if your area observes DST (i.e. AZ you'd enter "No" and CA you'd enter "Yes".) Then the SW would just alter your listed time based on whether DST was on (between early April and late Oct and programmable).

Yea, that's the other problem, everyone observes it on different dates. I guess I could just stick in form fields that ask you when you start/end DST. That link won't help me that much either, as there are still places in the world on that list that don't observe DST. Certain states/counties in the US don't, software will need to know who those are.
