back.
police came, interviewed the people next door, etc..
there is no visible markings except scuffing on their bumper.
he says that he can't prove that it was them, although there is visible damage to his bumper, and he indicates that he left that night around 7pm.
the officer said that, maybe they will confess, and it will be on their conscience..

dunno wtf kind of ****ing answer that is.... but i'm ..*sigh*

Seriously though...that sucks. So what will happen? If your insurance has to cover it, will your rates go up?
