Grouper is good. Firm white fleshed slightly sweet. I'm not a huge fan of Tilapia because, in my opinion, it really doesn't have any flavor. I like to think of it as a beginner fish because it takes on the flavor of whatever you cook it with. Mahi Mahi is also good. Sea bass is really good if it is cooked well. Delicate almost buttery flavor. It's funny because growing up I didn't really like to eat fish and now there is very little fish I don't like.

 

I'm with you Mike and thanks Raymo.....and yes tilapia def doens't have any fish flavor.

I'll probably get the grouper or sea bass. I just want a good piece of fish.

ok so my Bonefish grill plans were f@cked when I called all 3 locations here in MD and they were all booked up

but I found what looks to be like a nice place in Timonium called the Rib n Reef

 

You have to book v-day reservations like a month in advance
