From both a pool and personal standpoint, I stand to gain by ATL winning.

at least your not in DEAD last.. then again I didn't go with the safe favorites like SOME people.. I won't name names... *cough* RC *cough*
This pool is more about the confidence points than the picks. In the morning games, Nakd, Rc and I all missed just three games... but mine were high confidence games.

Nakd has Phi for 15. RC has Atl for 5. That'lll decide which wins this week.

It was pretty hectic.

I must say I was quite impressed with the Colts. Potent offense and a steady defense. Pats looked good too, and the Steelers.

Nobody from the NFC has really impressed. Tonight may change my opinion, but as it stands, AFC > NFC again.
I thought the Pats looked beatable.

Kansas City had a good win.

Denver looked pathetic.

Minnesota looked bad.

SF was impressive. They were dominated statistically but StL only managed worthless FGs.

Dallas had a good win.

This is what I hate about football pools. It forces me to root for teams I want to lose.

Yesterday, after StL scored two FGs, I wanted them to lose for being inept. They were begging to be beaten. Unfortunately, I had 13 points on them.

The weekends worst teams:
Denver, Minnesota, St Louis and Green Bay.

Everybody looked beatable. The Colts, while looking good, were held to 3 points for 35 minutes. I didn't see the Pats game, but I think they along with the Colts and Steelers are still favorites.

Of course, with the NFL and football in general, a single injury can end a teams chances.

And yes, Minnesota and Green Bay looked lousy. Some biased officiating in Detoilet pretty much guaranteed a Lions win. Reminded me of the Michael Irvin era in Dallas.
