Adrian, even if I took a pic of the Bonneville's engine, you wouldn't know it wasn't stock. All that's visible is a 3.20" SLP pulley (for 14psi), but it's black virgin steel so it looks pretty much OE. What you can't see is a K&N filter, Comp hi-lift cam with SLP aluminum roller rockers and pushrods. Also, the local exhaust shop custom made a 2-inch full exhaust system from the manifold back, using the stock cat and stock mufflers. It is a sleeper, per se, but it's not that quick. 3825lbs is pretty heavy!
On an open dyno day, I put down a decent 279fwhp, but a pretty respectable 346fwtq! And I have peak torque from as low as 2100rpm all the way up to about 4000rpm.
I should retard the ignition a few degrees, and inject a little more fuel; also, SLP recommends their intercooler with the mods I'm running...

But anyway, I haven't been online for the past week or so because I've been working on my Camaro. I just dropped the engine back in it today, so everything is installed - cam, heads, intake, carb, ignition, etc. I'm having trouble getting the exhaust to line up - I can't get the 3rd bolt on the downpipe flange tightened. There's simply no room to get any tool in there - air ratchet, socket, open end, swivel socket, nothing! I should have it done by the next dyno day though.

BTW, on Saturday we went to FoH. It's amazing what a little $$$ will do for you.
We're getting the #37 car, which is red with no stripe, with the red/black interior and the optional stereo. This car was apparently headed for Ohio but it's coming to Houston instead.
And while at my dad's, I found a bunch of trackday videos. The coolest one is where I pass a 911 Carrera 4, NASCAR style.
