Actually, I once knew a guy who looked exactly like that. I fact, it might be him. He rode a giant tricycle with a trailer contraption on the back with a plastic, see-through enclosure and danced to the beat of the music in the gym. We all said he wanted to be James Brown (or The Artist Formerly Known As Prince). He was just about the weirdest motor scootor a believe I have ever encountered in my long and rich career handling toxic chemicals.

 

On second thought, it's got to be the same guy. No two people in the world could possibly look like that.

 

CONFIRMED -- I saw him in the gym this morning. I thought we were rid of that doofus.
