Well...you can enter the URL in between image tags.... [img ] url [/img ]

I put some extra spaces in there so they will still show. You can always quote this to see.....here is a sample....

I use a text file with all the img tags already in plae. All I do is copy and paste. Wall-la......smilies.

No not really. The only ones that are on S2KI you can see when you post a reply. The onee in the smilie threads will be off of other websites. That's why you use the URL instead of the EvB code like :420:.
