Propane. Any complaints about our BBQ beer-soaked bratwurst?

Gas, for the simplicity and speed. I also like the huge flareups :pyro:

My favorite steak recipe involves starting the meat on fire for about 8 minutes... :yum:

Gas wins every time, although people often complain of the smell I make

I use propane gas. Too lazy to deal w/ charcoal. One time in college my roommates & I had a cookout where we had to use charcoal & lighter fluid. I think my ditzy roommate poured the whole damn can of it on the charcoal. Needless to say, our hotdogs were very well done that day!

Charcoal and wood smoke

We have a Brinkman smoker BBQ We can BBQ like normal with charcoal or smoke meats like ribs, beef briscit, sausage, chicken, really anything you might like smoked. Ribs are a big event starting at about 6am - the carnivour crowd loves them!
