well, if you want to take everything literally, yes, i did imply that you took it...
but don't you ever ask someone "when did you take that pic?" even when you know somebody else actually took the picture, because said someone was in the picture? you ask when they took it because they're the one in the pic, and they're the one you're asking!
don't tell me you'd ask, "at what time and date was the picture of you taken by somebody else?"
!!!

No, I would use the simple, yet logical question ...... "When was this pic taken?" ..... or, possibly "When was that pic taken", depending on the location of the picture in question relative to myself and the person I was asking the question of .......

And Alex, I think the most important thing that is on everyone's mind is: WHAT THE HELL DID YOU HAVE AT QUIZNOS?? I don't mind quiznos, but sometimes it's just too much of a mess with all the stuff they put on it, and it's soo expensive just for a sub..
