Default Going Back to School

So for hte past two months, i've been getting packets of mail from my soon to be law school. i had taken it upon myself to disregard all their packets and ignore them while they pile up on my dresser staring at me, begging to be read. so finally, last night i decide to open them up (there were about four of em, big huge packets of stuff for me to read, sign and return...).. so here's what i found out:

1. i still don't have financial aid cuz i didn't send in my signature verification form
2. i have orientation in two weeks
3. school starts in 3 weeks.
4. i have come to the conclusion that i'm S-C-R-E-W-E-D

so by the end of today: i have to clear up my financial aid situation and hope that my school has responded to my deferment request (i requested deferment till january 05)...

i'm crossing my fingers very tightly, but have come to learn that you gotta do more than sit on your ass and cross your fingers... so i think i might actually do something about this mess... here i go...

Good luck, Maryann.

Two to three weeks ought to be enough time to handle that stuff (provided people on the other end are competent ).

Didn't you mention something about going to the Middle East in another thread? I'm so sometimes...

yeah.. that's why i'm worried about the deferment. if they dont' grant me a deferrment, then all my vacation plans are going down the drain

Hating work. Hating the fact that the weekend ended so quickly. Etc.

In other words, same old same old...

If she told you, she'd have to kill you.

i'm middle eastern.. i was gonna go home for a vacation and take care of family business over there i'm going to Jordan, so no bomb droppings, but even if there were, i'd go anyways.. it's kinda like: if you grow up in the hood it doesn't seem dangerous to you.. well kinda the same thing
